Gentherm raised 2026 guidance on strong first-half results, forecasting product revenue of USD 1.55 billion to USD 1.65 billion, about 5% year-over-year growth ex-FX.
Adjusted EBITDA outlook was lifted to USD 185 million to USD 200 million, about 12% of product revenue, implying roughly 30 basis points of margin expansion.
Adjusted free cash flow is expected at USD 85 million to USD 100 million, with capex of USD 45 million to USD 55 million trending toward the low end.
The forecast assumes light vehicle production down about 3% in relevant markets, tariffs in effect, EUR/USD at 1.16, and an effective tax rate near 30%.
Guidance excludes any impact from the planned combination with Modine Performance Technologies.
