GeoPark elects Gabriel Gilinski, adds Dorita Gilinski and Camilo Martinez to board at AGM
GPRK•Board changes approved at annual meeting
GeoPark’s board stayed at nine directors following its July 14, 2026 annual meeting.
Gabriel Gilinski, appointed in March 2026 following Varma’s January 2026 resignation, was elected by shareholders.
Dorita Gilinski and Camilo Martinez joined the board as new directors.
Sylvia Escovar and Marcela Vaca left the board at the conclusion of the meeting.
