GeoPark launched a consent solicitation to amend the indenture for its 8.750% Senior Notes due 2030.
The change would add Jaime Gilinski Bacal-related entities to “Permitted Holders,” limiting change-of-control repurchase risk if control shifts.
Holders who consent by Sept. 23 receive USD 2.50 per USD 1,000 principal; approval requires a majority of outstanding principal.
