GeoVax Labs announces special shareholder meeting
GOVX•Special shareholder meeting set for October 27
GeoVax Labs will hold a special stockholder meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, on Oct. 27, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on issuing up to 11,395,256 common shares upon exercise of the August 2026 Warrant.
They will also consider amending the certificate of incorporation to allow a reverse stock split, with the board authorized to set the ratio within a 1-for-10 to 1-for-25 range.
