Gerdau sets dividend at R$ 0.23 per share, payable from Sept. 11

Gerdau’s board set a cash dividend of BRL 0.23 per common and preferred share, tied to its 2Q interim results.

Dividend will be credited on Aug. 19, 2026, with payments starting Sept. 11, 2026.

The payout is expected to total BRL 451.29 million, subject to recalculation based on shares outstanding on the credit date.

The dividend was designated as an advance on the statutory minimum dividend for the current fiscal year.
