Gerdau to highlight NewEco and rebar splicing system at Concrete Show

Gerdau will attend Concrete Show South America 2026 on Aug. 25-27 in Sao Paulo.

The steelmaker plans to highlight its low-carbon steel line, NewEco, produced using recycled scrap metal and renewable electricity.

It will also demonstrate its mechanical rebar splicing system, positioned as an alternative to traditional lap splices.
