Gevo outlined a debottlenecking expansion at its North Dakota ethanol plant, targeting a 10%-15% output lift.
A new beer degassing system entered commissioning ahead of schedule, raising CO₂ recovery, freeing distillation capacity, and lowering carbon intensity.
Upgrades aim to move the site toward about 75 million gallons per year; additional liquefaction and fermentation capacity are due online by end-2026.
The work supports a planned 75Mgpy expansion expected to finish in 2028, projected to roughly double site output.
