Gransch joined GFL as executive vice president on September 1, 2026, in connection with the SECURE Waste Infrastructure acquisition. He spent nearly 20 years at SECURE, serving as CFO, COO, and then president and CEO. Soffera moved from COO to senior strategic adviser, focusing on key corporate value-creation initiatives.
