GIBO Holdings names You Shim Ban, Yi Theng Teh as independent directors after resignations

GIBO Holdings reshaped its board on Sept. 15, 2026, with resignations from directors Bee Lian Ooi and Li Noi Chia.
You Shim Ban joined as an independent director; she is COO at SecIron and founded mobile security firm Enclav in May 2024.
Yi Theng Teh also joined as an independent director; she is assistant director of finance at LA Louie Holding.
Board committees were reconstituted; Teh will chair the audit committee, Peter Ban the compensation committee, and You Shim Ban the governance and nominations committee.
The audit committee now comprises Teh, You Shim Ban and Peter Ban.
