MDLN•GIC Private and Hux Investment disposed of 20,678,630 Medline shares from Oct. 2 to Oct. 6 at prices of $34.33 to $35.78 per share.

GIC Private sold Medline Class A common stock across Oct. 2-6, cutting its direct holdings to 16,453,806 shares. Hux Investment sold shares on Oct. 2 and Oct. 6, leaving 77,225,493 shares held indirectly.
