Fiscal 2027 outlook and capital plans
1-800-Flowers.Com expects fiscal 2027 net revenues to decline in the mid-single digit range and adjusted EBITDA of $10 mln to $15 mln.
The company said it plans to reinvest cost savings into strategic growth investments in fiscal 2027. It also said it amended its credit agreement and is evaluating capital raising options.
