GigaCloud posted Q2 revenue of $411.6 million, up 27.6% year-over-year; diluted EPS rose 27.5% to $1.16.
Net income climbed 22.3% to $42.3 million; gross margin widened 1.7 percentage points to 25.6%.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased 39.5% to $60.4 million; non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS grew 44.7% to $1.65.
Marketplace metrics, outlook and buyback
Marketplace GMV for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026 rose 21.3% to $1.74 billion; active buyers increased 17.1% to 12,823.
The company forecast Q3 revenue of $375 million-$400 million.
GigaCloud also launched a new $120 million share repurchase program, replacing the prior authorization.
