Gilat Satellite Networks announces annual shareholder meeting

Gilat Satellite Networks will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders in Petah Tikva, Israel on Sept. 8, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to set the board size at seven directors, down from eight following the end of Elyezer Shkedy’s term.

The meeting will also vote on re-electing five directors, including Chairman Amiram Boehm, plus Aylon (Lonny) Rafaeli, Dafna Sharir, Amir Ofek, Dana Porter Rubinshtein.

Other proposals include increasing authorized share capital to NIS 30 million, amending the articles of association, and amending the executive and director compensation policy.

Items include equity awards for Sharir, Rafaeli and Ofek, plus revised CEO Adi Sfadia pay terms and a PSU grant; auditor reappointment is also up for approval.
