Gilead posted Q2 2026 revenue of $7.8 billion, driven by HIV growth, led by Biktarvy demand and pricing.
- HIV sales rose 12% to $5.69 billion; Biktarvy increased 7% to $3.77 billion, supported by channel mix and inventory build.
- PrEP sales more than doubled to $1.03 billion; Descovy for PrEP rose 60% to $801 million, and Yeztugo reached $232 million.
- Liver disease sales climbed 10% to $877 million on higher demand in PBC, HBV and HDV, partly offset by fewer HCV starts.
- Full-year product sales guidance rose to $30.1 billion-$30.4 billion; HIV growth outlook increased to 9%-10%.
