GitLab appoints Thomas Lloyd as chief business and legal officer

GitLab appointed Thomas Lloyd as chief business and legal officer, expanding its top leadership team.

Lloyd will oversee product and cloud partnerships, corporate development, strategy, legal, governance and board counsel.

He previously served as chief business and operations officer at New Relic, also holding chief legal officer and corporate secretary roles.

Earlier, Lloyd worked at Latham & Watkins advising high-growth technology companies from startup to public-stage.
