Gladstone Investment backed portfolio company Detroit Defense with additional debt and equity to fund its merger with Athenix Solutions Group. The combined company brings together Detroit Defense’s engineering services and systems integration with Athenix’s systems engineering, software, intelligence and cyber support for U.S. military and government customers.
