Stelljes has over 25 years of experience in investment analysis, management, and advisory roles, including senior positions at Gladstone Companies and current managing partner at St. John's Capital, LLC.
3. Committee Roles and Governance
Upon his appointment, Stelljes joined the Compensation Committee, the Ethics, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, and the Valuation Committee, enhancing oversight of executive pay, governance practices, and asset valuation.
