In the fourth quarter of 2025, Glenview Capital Management completely sold its Universal Health Services shares, removing a 2.19% stake from both its long/short Glenview Funds and concentrated Glenview Opportunity Funds. This exit eliminated all hedge fund exposure to Universal Health Services, marking a strategic shift away from the hospital operator following its deep fundamental review.
