Globa Terra seeks shareholder approval to extend merger deadline through July 2027
Globa Terra shareholders will vote November 9, 2026, on extending the business-combination deadline to that date, with the board able to authorize eight further monthly extensions through July 9, 2027. Approval would trigger a $0.03-per-public-share payment, subject to funding; each additional extension would require a trust contribution of the lesser of $0.04 per non-redeemed share or $50,000.
