Global-E Online recorded a net income attributable to shareholders of $68.27 million in 2025, reversing a $75.5 million loss in 2024. Total revenues increased 27.8% year-on-year to $962 million, marking the company’s first profitable year since its public listing.
2. Q4 Results
In the fourth quarter, net income jumped 4,060% to $62.4 million from $1.5 million a year earlier. Revenues rose 28% to $336.6 million, with service fees contributing $160.9 million and fulfillment revenues adding $175.7 million.
3. 2026 Guidance
Global-E projects full-year 2026 revenues of $1.2 billion to $1.27 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $259 million to $284 million. For Q1 2026, it forecasts revenues between $247 million and $254 million and adjusted EBITDA of $46.5 million to $49.5 million.
