GITS•Q2 and first-half results
Global Interactive Technologies posted a Q2 net loss of $908,430, widening 34% year over year, as revenue rose to $126.
Operating expenses increased 5.8% to $716,053, driven by higher general and administrative costs tied to commercialization and compliance.
For the first half, net loss widened 12.9% to $1.41 million; revenue climbed to $222 as subscriptions and in-app purchases stayed limited.
Cash position and financing
Cash and cash equivalents jumped to $1.16 million at June 30 from $6,990 at year-end 2025, following a June private placement.
The June 29 private placement delivered $1.81 million in net proceeds; proceeds repaid the FirstFire promissory note in full for $650,000.
