Global Net Lease gains after BMO lifts rating to 'outperform'

BMO upgrades Global Net Lease after Modiv Industrial acquisition
Shares of diversified real estate investment trust Global Net Lease (GNL.N) rose 6.2% to $9.30 in premarket trading after BMO reinstated coverage and upgraded the stock to outperform from market perform, while maintaining its price target at $10.
BMO said GNL is expected to return to growth following its $535 million acquisition of Modiv Industrial, which is likely to improve the quality and composition of its portfolio. The company completed the acquisition of Modiv Industrial on Thursday.
