Global Partners extends credit facility maturity to October 2031

Global Partners extended its credit facility maturity from March 20, 2028, to October 16, 2031. Commitments remain $1 billion for the Aggregate WC Commitment and $500 million for the Aggregate Revolver Commitment; the Aggregate WC Interim Commitment was reduced to zero.
