Global producer seeks Q4 aluminium premiums of $310/T from Japan buyers, sources say

Prior quarter settlement
For the July-to-September quarter, Japanese buyers agreed to pay premiums of $395 per ton PREM-ALUM-JP, up 12% to 13% from the prior quarter.

TOKYO, Aug 28 (Reuters) - A global aluminium producer has offered Japanese buyers a premium of $310 per metric ton for October to December primary metal shipments, down 22% from the current quarter, three sources directly involved in quarterly pricing talks said on Friday.
