Globe Life adopted the amendments on November 4, 2026. The compensation committee’s pay-setting responsibility is now limited to executive officers, rather than also covering company or subsidiary employees whose annual salary and bonus totaled at least $500,000; a lead independent director designated by independent directors can call special board meetings.
