Globe Life reported third-quarter 2026 GAAP premiums of $1.31 billion, compared with $1.23 billion a year earlier. Life premiums were $864.55 million, up from $844.48 million, while health premiums increased to $446.86 million from $386.52 million.
United American Division led the increase in health premiums, which reached $219.34 million compared with $169.74 million a year earlier. Year-to-date 2026 total premiums reached $3.88 billion.
