Globus Maritime shareholders approved Class I director elections at annual meeting

Globus Maritime held its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 17, 2026.
- Shareholders backed the appointment of Athanasios “Thanos” Feidakis and Ioannis Kazantzidis as Class I directors through the 2029 annual meeting.
- Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A. was ratified as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
