Proposals on equity line and bridge financing
Shareholders will vote on issuing shares to White Lion Capital under a $50 million equity line, including $1 million in commitment shares, plus a commitment warrant up to $10 million.
They will also vote on issuing shares tied to a bridge financing of about $4.45 million, covering conversion of Bridge Notes and exercise of Bridge Warrants.
