Lōkahi Therapeutics, a wholly owned GlucoTrack unit, advanced plans to shift LT-100 dosing to a single subcutaneous injection per visit.
The program aims to replace the historical regimen of up to 15 intradermal injections per treatment visit.
The strategy follows a May 2026 FDA Type C meeting, supported by a minipig study comparing subcutaneous versus intradermal systemic exposure.
Clinical evaluation of the single-injection approach is targeted as early as Q4 2026, with an initial readout expected in H1 2027.
