Gogo posted Q4 revenue of $231 million, including $192 million in service revenue, and reported a $10 million net loss (7 cents per share). Record ATG shipments totaled 472 units, split between 175 AVANCE and 297 C1 installations.

Management guided 2026 revenue of $905–945 million, adjusted EBITDA of $198–218 million and free cash flow of $90–110 million. It expects over 1,000 combined Galileo and 5G equipment shipments and nearly 900 Galileo antenna deliveries by year-end.
3. Fleet and Product Transition
The Galileo pipeline exceeds 1,000 aircraft, weighted 60% U.S. and 40% international, with more than 300 HDX and FDX antennas shipped in 2025. The first 5G aircraft activated in December, and the company anticipates shipping over 500 5G boxes and reaching nearly 400 activations by year-end.
