Gogoro appoints Peter Huang, Su-Ming Lin and Jason Chang to board, expands directors to seven
GGR•Gogoro appointed Peter Ming-Tuan Huang, Su-Ming Lin and Jason Yu-Hsien Chang to its board effective Oct. 7, 2026, increasing its size to seven directors.
1. Board appointments
Huang founded Taiwan RT-Mart and China RT-Mart, formerly served as CEO and chairman of Sun Art Retail Group, and is now CEO of Ruentex Group. Lin, an emeritus National Taiwan University accounting professor, joins as an independent director and audit committee financial expert; he will also join the compensation committee. Chang is a senior portfolio manager at Ruentex Group and formerly worked at Nan Shan Life Insurance.
