Golar LNG agrees to buy Grace Dahlia for fourth FLNG conversion
GLNG•Golar LNG agreed to buy the 2013-built Grace Dahlia, which has 177,427 cubic meters of storage, from NYK Line for conversion into its fourth FLNG unit. Redelivery is scheduled for 2029.
1. Vessel conversion planned
Golar LNG plans to convert the carrier alongside its Esperanza project at CIMC Raffles’ Yantai yard in China. Grace Dahlia’s storage capacity is about 20% greater than Esperanza’s 3.5 million tonnes per annum, and redelivery is scheduled for 2029.
