Physical demand remains mixed in India and China

Gold slips as inflation concerns and rate-hike expectations build
Sept. 21 (Reuters) - Gold prices slipped in early Asian trading on Monday as the latest tensions in the Middle East added to inflation concerns and reinforced expectations of higher interest rates.

Spot gold XAU= fell 0.2% at $4,368.33 per ounce, as of 0027 GMT. U.S. gold futures GCcv1 for December delivery were down 0.4% at $4,406.70.
