- Gold Royalty bought two Nevada net smelter return royalties from a private seller for total consideration of US$800,000.
- The deal includes a 2% NSR royalty on the Sterling property operated by AngloGold Ashanti.
- The transaction also adds a 0.5% NSR royalty over parts of i-80 Gold’s Granite Creek, including US$31,500 in annual minimum payments.
