Gold Royalty posted Q2 2026 revenue of $6.73 million, net income of $1.78 million, and Adjusted EBITDA of $5.6 million.
Management attributed the year-on-year gains to higher commodity prices, higher mine output at some assets, and Pedra Branca contributions.
Total revenue and six-month results
Total revenue, land agreement proceeds and interest rose to $7.93 million; key contributors included Borborema, Pedra Branca, Côté, and Vareš.
Finance costs fell to $161,000 from $2.24 million, reflecting the prior convertible debenture and credit facility repayments in late 2025.
Six-month results showed revenue of $13.91 million, net income of $3.55 million, Adjusted EBITDA of $12.6 million; operating cash flow was $8.2 million.
