Gold.com Appoints Tether Executive Juan Sartori, Lepine Retires After 11 Years
Gold.com appointed Juan Sartori, head of special projects at Tether and founder of Union Group International, to its Board to leverage his digital finance and commodities expertise. Longtime director Beverley Lepine will retire after 11 years, during which she guided the company through significant growth, strategic expansion and value creation.
1. Board Appointment of Juan Sartori
Gold.com has added Juan Sartori to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Sartori serves as Head of Special Projects at Tether, focusing on strategic investments in gold, land, agriculture and other commodities, and is founder of Union Group International Holdings, a private equity firm established in 2007 with a primary focus on Latin America.
2. Retirement of Beverley Lepine
Beverley Lepine, who joined the Board in 2015, will retire after more than a decade of service. During her 11-year tenure, Lepine helped guide Gold.com through a period of rapid growth, strategic platform expansion and significant shareholder value creation, shaping the company’s vertically integrated precious metals and collectibles ecosystem.
