Sand Canyon joint venture formed in Nevada

Golden Minerals formed Sand Canyon Explorations with Golden Gryphon USA to explore their mining claims in Humboldt County, Nevada.

Golden holds 60% of the venture and takes the initial manager role, while Golden Gryphon USA holds 40%.

The partners transferred their claims into the venture, and exploration is set to continue under a 2026 program and budget. The joint venture plans additional work over the next 12 months, including geophysical surveys.
