- Matshazi has served as chief technology and innovation officer at Homeboss AI since April 2025.
- Earlier, she was technology and innovation director at KSTAR New Energy Technology from Oct. 2023 to April 2025.
- She holds a master’s degree in materials science and engineering from Wuhan Textile University.
