Golub Capital partners with F2, invests $5 million in AI credit workflow platform
GBDC•Golub Capital Master Funding LLC entered a strategic partnership with F2 and invested $5 million in its AI credit workflow platform. Golub Capital plans to deploy the technology across institutional credit investment workflows and co-launch an invitation-only Private Markets AI Council.

Golub Capital Master Funding LLC invested $5 million in F2’s AI credit workflow platform as part of a strategic partnership. Golub Capital plans to use F2’s technology to apply AI across institutional credit investment workflows using proprietary data.
2. Private markets council
The parties will launch an invitation-only Private Markets AI Council, with David Golub serving as its inaugural chair.
