GoodRx names Fengler as chief financial officer

GoodRx named Chief Strategy & Operations Officer Justin Fengler as chief financial officer and treasurer, effective Aug. 6, 2026.

Christopher McGinnis will step down as CFO and treasurer at 11:59 p.m. ET on Aug. 5, 2026; departure not tied to disputes.

Fengler, 38, has served as chief strategy and operations officer since September 2025; he has been with the company since 2016.

He previously led corporate strategy and business operations from 2018; earlier roles included TripleTree investment banking, Oliver Wyman consulting.
