A person familiar with the matter said Revolut’s service outage was related to the Google Cloud disruption. Revolut’s status page showed most services, including card payments and ATM withdrawals, were unavailable or partially unavailable. The company said customers’ money and data were safe. Separately, ING Germany said customers were having trouble logging into online banking and its app due to a technical issue.
