2. Legal Expertise and Responsibilities
Thornthwaite joins from RealPage, where as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel he led complex commercial and consumer litigation, regulatory investigations and corporate governance. He will oversee all litigation, regulatory filings and support financial reporting processes at Goosehead.
3. Departure of Corporate Secretary
John O’Connor will depart Goosehead to pursue other opportunities, concluding his tenure as corporate secretary. His exit creates continuity challenges that Thornthwaite is expected to address as part of the leadership transition.
