Goosehead Q2 FY26 net income more than doubles to $17 million; revenue rises 21% to $113.4 million

Goosehead posted second-quarter net income of $17 million, up from $8.3 million a year earlier, as revenue climbed 21% to $113.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA, on a non-GAAP basis, increased 30% to $37.9 million, lifting adjusted EBITDA margin by 2 percentage points to 33%.
Premium growth and outlook
Total written premiums rose 14% to $1.34 billion, while policies in force grew 15% to about 2.1 million.
CEO Mark Miller cited accelerating momentum, stronger new business across channels, improved retention, higher productivity, and a more favorable product market.
Goosehead raised its full-year 2026 guidance, with revenue expected to grow organically 12% to 19% and total written premiums seen up 12% to 20%.
