1. Multi-Billion Dollar AI Compute Contract
Gorilla Technology Group signed a $2.5B five-year contract with a high investment-grade global customer to provide AI compute infrastructure at the NeutraDC Batam data center in Indonesia. The deal calls for deployment of 1,000 B300 GPU servers in phase one, expected to generate roughly $1.3B in revenue over five years.
2. Project Financing and Timeline
Banks and financial institutions have offered to cover 70% of GPU, networking and related infrastructure costs, materially de-risking the deployment. Phase one is targeted for completion by September 2026, with the remaining GPU deployments scheduled through the first half of 2027.
3. Strategic Asia-Pacific Expansion
This agreement follows a $2B supply deal in India with Supermicro and reinforces Gorilla’s position as a regional AI infrastructure partner. The company plans to provide an updated financial outlook to reflect the enhanced forward revenue profile from this and other secured contracts.
