Gorilla Technology Secures 200MW AI Campus in Thailand, Targets $1.5B Revenue

Construction starts July 2026 for phase one completing Q1 2027, with targeted US$1.5B annual revenue from 2028 upon full 76,000-GPU deployment.

1. Expansion Overview

Gorilla Technology acquired approximately 100 rai (40 acres) in Korat, Thailand to develop a 200MW AI data center campus aimed at serving domestic and regional demand. The site features resilient power architecture, advanced cooling, dark fibre connectivity, secure access control and water availability for sovereign-grade compute.

2. Construction Timeline and Capacity

Construction is scheduled to commence in July 2026, subject to permitting and financing, with phase one targeting Q1 2027 completion. The campus will comprise five 30MW data halls and one 50MW hall, supporting a total 150MW net IT load and an illustrative capacity of up to 76,000 GPUs at a PUE of around 1.3.

3. Financial Projections and Funding

Gorilla targets approximately US$1.5B of annualized revenue from 2028 onward, contingent on customer contracts and full utilization. The funding plan includes project-level and infrastructure debt, asset-backed financing, potential bond structures and non-dilutive capital from institutional investors such as pension funds and superannuation funds.
