1. Expanded AI Infrastructure Deployment

Gorilla Technology Group has expanded its collaboration with Yotta Data Services to support the deployment of 20,736 B300 GPU cards in India, representing an incremental project value of approximately US$2.8 billion. This tranche builds on a prior framework that covered 640 high-performance servers with over 5,000 GPUs, with full delivery expected by September 30, 2026.

2. NVIDIA’s Role in the Tranche

Under the commercial framework, NVIDIA is slated to account for roughly half of the GPU offtake through a four-year commitment tied to one of APAC’s DGX Cloud clusters in India. This engagement underscores NVIDIA’s deep involvement in the expansion and enhances the scale of the compute platform.

3. Strategic Impact for Gorilla

This latest deployment materially deepens Gorilla’s role in India’s sovereign, enterprise and hyperscale AI infrastructure buildout, reinforcing its positioning as a leading AI infrastructure partner across Asia and translating its AI strategy into significant commercial value.
