Gorilla Technology signs LOI to acquire first US data center with 36 MW expansion path
GRRR•Gorilla Technology signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire its first U.S. data center, which has about 6 MW of utility capacity and a path to 36 MW. The company targets closing by the end of November 2026 and aims to build more than 100 MW of U.S. capacity over 12–18 months.

Gorilla Technology entered a non-binding letter of intent to acquire its first U.S. data center as part of a planned move into AI infrastructure. The operating site has about 6 MW of utility capacity, with written utility support for roughly 30 MW of additional power and an indicated delivery timeline of about 18 months, subject to required works.
2. Expansion target
The company targets closing by the end of November 2026 and plans to exceed 100 MW of U.S. capacity over the next 12–18 months through acquisitions, expansions and customer-led GPU deployments. Its existing colocation operations generate revenue, and due diligence is reviewing tenants, leases, operating performance and upgrades needed for high-density AI workloads.
