Net sales climbed 3.9% to $186.1 million, driven by construction and agriculture demand, with added lift from Q1 price increases.
Margins, EBITDA, and outlook
Operating income increased to $30.4 million, lifting operating margin to 16.3% on price realization, favorable mix, and lower LIFO costs.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA rose 8.3% to $38.2 million, equal to 20.5% of sales.
CEO Scott A. King said incoming orders and backlog stayed healthy, supporting positioning for the second half as debt fell $33 million.
