Liquidity Services announced an online auction of the Miami-Dade County Courthouse on GovDeals, with bidding set to close Aug. 28 at 5 p.m. ET.
The 28-story historic property at 73 W. Flagler Street in Downtown Miami spans about 265,000 square feet.
The listing has drawn more than 16,000 unique visitors since it opened July 24.
Multiple property tours have been held for qualified parties.
