Grab names Acushnet CFO Sean Sullivan to board
GRAB•Grab appointed Acushnet CFO Sean Sullivan to its board and Audit Committee, effective December 1, 2026. John Rogers will retire as director and Audit Committee chair on October 31 after five years and become a transition adviser.

Grab appointed Sean Sullivan to its board and Audit Committee, effective December 1, 2026. Sullivan has served as Acushnet’s executive vice president and CFO since June 2023 and previously held CFO roles at SiriusXM and AMC Networks. John Rogers will retire as a director and Audit Committee chair on October 31, 2026, after a five-year term, and become a transition adviser.
